Apex Wings coordinates operational support, but the final issuance of permits, clearances, slots or authorisations depends on the competent authorities and applicable regulations. No timeline or outcome can be guaranteed.

The client undertakes to hold the rights and authorisations required for the intended operation and to comply with applicable aviation, customs and security regulations.

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (registration, dates, times, routing, passengers, cargo). Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or compromise the turnaround.

The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the documents uploaded and warrants being authorised to submit them.

Uploading documents does not guarantee service acceptance, nor the granting of permits, clearances, slots or authorisations. Final approvals depend on the competent authorities and applicable regulations.

Documents are used to review and coordinate the request, under the conditions described in the privacy policy.

The website is provided as is. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or for technical reasons beyond our control.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any action. Failing that, the competent courts of Dakar will have jurisdiction, unless a specific contractual clause applies.
